&lt;p&gt;“Ten pounds.” I answered. “And then normal eating for the rest of the week….” I trailed off.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“And then you’re going on this diet again?” he added.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Yup,” I said with a sheepish grin.&lt;/p&gt;

So following my senses, I cut myself a piece, and as I was about to eat it, guilt was eating me up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I put it back to its box, walking away with milk and sugar-free oatmeal cookies. I felt satisfied and better that I did what I did, instead I don&amp;#8217;t think I&amp;#8217;ll be guilt free `til today.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t wanna cheat on this, and I don&amp;#8217;t want to put the people supporting this down.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So&amp;#8230; that&amp;#8217;s it. That&amp;#8217;s all I&amp;#8217;m updating. :))&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;BTW, I had healthy meals today. Fish and rice. STEAMED fish and half cup rice. O.o It was really really really good though, despite the fact that it was steamed. :))&lt;/p&gt;

So, another had passed. Well, two days actually from Thanksgiving dinner. Yesterday, November 28,2009, I actually did something I thought I won’t be able to do. I lasted the day with just the main meals and crackers. :O&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I each had half cup of rice, and about two tablespoons serving of ulam. I had whole wheat crackers and ham for snacks. And I didn’t even feel famished or whatever. :)) Sooooo. Anyway. I think this is going good. :P&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As for today… Well, I did survive, too. I had half a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast, half cup rice and a portion of fish for lunch and noodles for dinner. Sounds good, right?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But then again, ugh, there was this Conti’s bakeshop we went too, which had a room full of cakes and pastries. X.X Temptation right there! Grrrr. My grandmom bought 28 pcs. of cheese rolls, and a junior Mango Bravo (Wafer cake with chocolate and mangoes. :O) and my mommy bought 6 pcs. of cheese rolls. We were on our way home when my grandma told me, “I still have some Oreo Cheesecake from Conti’s at my place. Do you like that? Take that home.”&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;AND I WAS LIKE, WHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTT?? Geez, thanks, Mama. :| Ugh.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It was soooooo tempting, really. We still took it home, (It’s there in our fridge.) but, I’m staying away from that. I’m praying that my brother would finish that before my mind goes crazy. :))&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I was talking to &lt;a href="http://randominity.tumblr.com"&gt;Teena&lt;/a&gt; about Project 105 the other day and I told her I will never ever NOT eat chocolates - especially when it&amp;#8217;s there. I&amp;#8217;m not saying I&amp;#8217;ll seek it out, what I mean is, hey, it&amp;#8217;s on the table, why say no? XD I know I&amp;#8217;m being horrible but I am a chocolate freak. So i helped myself to 3 freaking scoops of chocolate ice cream, thank you very much.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tonight my uncle and his family came over for afternoon tea and stayed for dinner. I had about a serving of spaghetti and a piece of bread. Then for dinner we had kinilaw! &lt;a href="http://flutterbug.tumblr.com/post/260093596"&gt;I love kinilaw&lt;/a&gt;. ^_______^ It was spicy and I cannot stand spicy food but I kept telling myself, &amp;#8220;this is kinilaw, this is kinilaw&amp;#8221; just so I didn&amp;#8217;t stop eating. Bwahaha.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, I don&amp;#8217;t think I overate. I guess I had too much ice cream but, hey! I didn&amp;#8217;t even eat the chocolate cake!!! boo.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#8212;&amp;#8212;&amp;#8212;&amp;#8212;&amp;#8212;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Breakfast Not-Secret:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I really like porridge (oats) for breakfast. We have instant porridge so here&amp;#8217;s how I prepare mine:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1&amp;#160;1/4 cup - instant oats&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2/3 cup - milk/water (i used milk)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 table spoon - sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prep:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Put them together and microwave that for a 1 minute, 30 seconds.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stir.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then microwave for another minute. (when using hot water, it&amp;#8217;s fine if you just microwave it for about a minute thirty.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;And, you&amp;#8217;re done! I&amp;#8217;m good with just porridge but just so I don&amp;#8217;t feel like I&amp;#8217;m starving myself I usually have a piece of bacon with it. An even better &amp;#8216;add-on&amp;#8217; to this recipe though is sliced bananas. At first I thought it was kind of icky - banana on warm porridge - but it&amp;#8217;s actually pretty good. If you don&amp;#8217;t add too much sugar, the banana actually gives just enough sweetness to the porridge.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I take it with a glass of juice and I&amp;#8217;m good to go!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Seriously, though, I had to literally stay away from the buffet table and distract myself (I tend to eat when I have nothing to do.). Fortunately, we had a videoke system, and I ended up singing and dancing that night. :))&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Of course, I ate. But I ate in very small portions. 2 pieces chicken lollipop, 1 fresh lumpia (which was about 5 inches long and an inch in diameter.), 1 tablespoon dinuguan, 1 tablespoon lechon paksiw, and 1 tablespoon adobo, and a tablespoon of beef and mushroom. I usually don’t eat that little, seriously. I eat `til I’m stuffed, but I had to restrain myself from doing so.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway! I just wanted to share to you guys how hard it is for me to not eat as much as I want, because I just love food. But then again, I’ve committed myself to project 105, and yes, in 5 months, I shall weigh as light as that. :&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

This is me on the left. Being all fat with my 12-year-old sister who will be taller than me by next year. O.o I’m horizontally blessed and vertically challenged. :P Anyway, my name is Jullienne but please call me Zee. I’m 19, Pinay and I live in New Zealand. We’ve been here for about a year and a half now.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I joined Project 105 to show support to Nes and I thought that it was just high time I started doing something about my weight. That and it would be really nice not to try and suck my tummy in anymore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I love dressing up but I feel like my weight gets in the way of my clothing choices so that’s also one of the reasons why I’m doing this. I want to be able to wear the clothes i want. I’ve been planning on losing weight for a while now and Project 105 was the push I needed because, well, I already announced it to the world so I’m going to have to stick to it. And if I’m doing this, why not do it with a friend, right?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is my first attempt at doing this so forgive me if I don’t make the best choices in healthy eating and stuff. I make do with what I have here. My Project 105 plan is to simply, JUMP ROPE. I’ve searched around and there are cool JUMP ROPE plans. (I’m hesitant about jogging because I have this fear that I might pass out and end up crawling home. :P) Also, I’m a breakfast person (is there such a thing?) I can’t get through the day without it so I’m changing my breakfast menu to milk and cereals.&lt;/p&gt;
